I am not going to say much on this, for; after all, is it not said that long sermons are not necessary in the evening Mass? That evening Mass has come upon us after years and months of preparing for it.
Behold, on Saturday, February 25, you and I will proceed to our polling units to show if we are human beings or animals. A remarkable feature of a human being is ability to feel pain and learn from that pain. But even some animals do this too. So when an otherwise rational human being feels pain and elects to return to the object of that pain, something definitely must be wrong with the person.
Next Saturday we will go out to prove if we are human beings or something worse than animals. Those expecting me to say much this time will surely be disappointed. As they say, as you make your bed, so you lie on it. If we like, let’s vote for a New Nigeria which Peter Obi represents, or we vote for anarchy, corruption and bloodletting represented by some people. Good luck. Agarom ekwugbu onwem n’okwu.
