The Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Princess Stella Oduah has commenced massive rehabilitation of failed portions of Onitsha- Aguleri highway especially the badly affected 3-3 axis at St. Theresa and NIPCO.
That is the latest news from the stables of the Distinguished Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah OON.
The sections of the road under review has been tortuous for motorists and other road users for years, thus making motoring and travelling a very bitter experience.
Since the commencement of work on the road, motorists now wear smiling faces while the frequent hold ups have ceased.
Respondents on this development mocked the state government for failing to come to the rescue of motorists for a long time.
They commended senator Oduah for coming to their rescue and promised to support her future political ambitions.
One of the commercial drivers plying the route said, ”have you heard that even after coming to the plight of residents and commuters plying the ever busy 33 to Nsugbe College Road which now wears a new look, she immediately marshalled contractors to work on the equally busy St. Theresa to NIPCO 3-3 Road and work is ongoing as we speak!
Infact, residents and commuters are over joyed at this turn of events which would certainly attract lots of positives to them like the ease of doing business, drop in time wasted trying to navigate that terrible stretch etc.
Senator Stella Oduah who at the last count, has facilitated either the construction or rehabilitation of well over 70 roads within the zone, is sworn to do even more as evident in the capturing of other roads in this year’s budget which shall all be done in due time.
Indeed, never before in the annals of Anambra North have we had it so good and all praise and honor must be given to God for gifting us this humane and hardworking Senator who always puts her Constituents first in all her Legislative undertakings.
