The Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial Zone, Princess Stella Oduah has put smiles on faces of motorists plying the Onitsha – Otuocha Highway connecting Nsugbe and 3-3 axis as bulldozers have started the long awaited remedial work on the road.
The bad portion of the road has for long become a nightmare for motorists who get stuck in the traffic for hours, thus making life very difficult for them.
During the week, Senator Oduah personally visited the site where shewas hailed by motorists and Keke drivers for rehabilitating the road, thus affording them smooth and stress free ride on the road.
Emeka Okonkwo, one of the minibus drivers expressed happiness that Senator Oduah took up the project when it was most needed.
He thanked Senator Oduah for coming around in blood and flesh to inspect the work.
In a remark, one of the Community Leaders, Mr. Emeka Udenze urged Senator Oduah not to relent in provision of democracy dividends to her constituents.
While inspecting the road, some of the road users stopped to hail the Senator and beckoned on her to continue with her good works and also reassured her of their votes come 2023.
