It was really a very long and competitive week as the eight seminaries in Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province converged at Sacred Heart Seminary, Nsude for the 5th Edition of the Provincial All Minor Seminary Games from 6th to 13th January, 2019.
Savio-Bosco comprises of St. Dominic Savio Seminary, Akpu (Junior), and St. Johnbosco Seminary, Isuaniocha.
This is the analysis of the medals won by Savio-Bosco.
SENIOR FOOTBALL- bronze.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL- silver.
SENIOR LAWN TENNIS- 2 golds for singles and doubles.
JUNIOR LAWN TENNIS – 2 golds for singles and doubles.
SENIOR TABLE TENNIS- bronze for singles and silver for doubles.
JUNIOR TABLE TENNIS- bronze for singles and gold for doubles.
JUNIOR BADMINTON- gold for doubles.
100M JUNIOR- bronze.
200M JUNIOR – silver.
400M JUNIOR – gold.
800M JUNIOR- gold and silver.
4×100M JUNIOR – gold.
4×400M JUNIOR – gold.
HIGH JUMP SENIOR – silver.

2nd- All Hallows Onitsha- 11 golds, 2 silvers, 6 bronzes.
3rd- St. Augustine’s Ezzambo (Sasco)- 6 golds, 3 silvers, 3 bronzes.
4th- St. Paul’s Ukpor- 4 golds, 9 silvers, 6 bronzes.
5th- Sacred Heart, Nsude- 4 golds, 8 silvers, 8 bronzes.
6th- St. Johncross, Nsukka- 2 golds, 4 silvers, 6 bronzes.
7th- Holy Ghost Juniorate, Ihiala – 1 gold, 5 silvers, 2 bronzes.
8th- St. Vincent, Awgu – 2 silvers, 2 bronzes.
I thank the Almighty God for this great event. I thank God for everything. I thank the Rectors, Sports directors and games masters for their commitments and sacrifices in ensuring to the successful conclusion of this great event. The next All Minor Seminary Games will be at All Hallows in 2022.
