…Looks Forward to Primaries

The Anambra State House of Assembly aspirant for Aguata 11 State Constituency, Chief Kevin Onyema, has commended the leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in Anambra State for the successful conduct of the screening exercise, even as he looks foreward to the party's primary elections slated for October 2 and 3 this year.
Speaking to Fides in Awka, Onyema said the successful conduct of the screening exercise of APGA was an indication of the party's readiness for the 2019 general elections, as well as a positive indication that it would keep to its promise of offering a level playing field to all aspirants.
Onyema also used the opportunity to thank his supporters, noting that his scaling of the screening hurdle was a positive step towards realizing his ambition of contributing to the welfare of the state as a lawmaker.
He however urged his supporters not to relent but to work extra hard to keep the fire burning so that together they could would eventually work for the good of the state to complement the good work of the governor.
Onyema urged the delegates to be very careful when voting for candidates in order to enable the state to operate optimally with the right people, noting that they had the power to change society for the better
He expressed confidence in scaling the hurdle of primaries because of his hard work and the commitment of his supporters.
