The Governor-elect of Delta State, Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori has been described as hope to the hopeless and an inspiration to the masses who will put smiles on the faces of all Deltans.
Honourable Denighan Ray Macauley made this assertion yesterday in Bomadi in a congratulatory message to the governor elect.
Hon. Macauley, an Executive Assistant (media) to Governor of Delta State noted that Oborevwori was a grassroots politician in touch with the masses.
Said Hon. Macauley: ‘You have always been an inspiration to those around you, most especially those who go to bed and wake with no hope of where to begin the next day. For them, this achievement is no exception.’
He ascribed the victory of the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly to the work and glory of God, adding that ‘As youths, it is imperative we come together to work towards the actualization of the dream.’
The Executive Assistant (media) therefore congratulated Hon. Oborevwori on his well deserved victory and best wishes for success as he embarks to take up higher responsibilities and challenges as the next governor of Delta State.
Part of the congratulatory message reads thus: ‘As you embark upon your new responsibilities with a firm mission to turn your clear vision into reality, I wish to assure you and the people of Delta State of my continued support and sympathetic interest to move PDP and Delta State forward.
‘We are all winners to the glory of God. As youths, it is imperative we come together to work towards the actualization of the dream.
‘Congratulations once again sir, I wish you healthy, inspiring and prosperous tenure in office’.
