The Osun State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Mr Ayodele Adewale Adegoke has expressed his delight at the availability of the first dose of the AstraZeneca Corona virus Vaccine after months of patient anticipation.
He said the vaccine was received at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, by members of staff as well as corps members.
Fides learnt that the news of the vaccine was received with mixed feelings, owing to the fact that some members of the camp community were excited to take it in order to have some form of liberty once again while others were skeptical about the effectiveness of the vaccines and its side-effects.
