NYSC And The Millitary Remains One Family -Army Commander

Col. AB Usman, Commander, 302 Artillery Regiment, Onitsha Military Cantonment, Nigerian Army has likened the relationship between  National Youth Service Corps, NYSC and Nigerian Army as that of one family.

He made the declaration during a courtesy visit paid by Mrs. Yetunde Baderinwa , State Coordinator, NYSC Anambra State, recently in his office at Onitsha, Anambra State.

He stressed that the military will always see NYSC Assignment as a mandate. He also assured the State Coordinator of adequate support within the limits of their manpower.

The commander recalled his days as Camp Commandant twice at the former NYSC Anambra state camp, Umunya, where he enjoined all to always strive at achieving national unity.

He welcomed the NYSC Boss to the state and appealed for timely information on areas of security need so as to receive prompt and rapid response.

Earlier, Baderinwa expressed appreciation to the Commander for the partnership enjoyed especially during Orientation Courses while commending the commitment of the present team of soldiers on camp.
