As orientation camp exercise commences soon, staff of NYSC Anambra State has been sensitized on public service ethics and values.
Speaking during the opening of the 1-day training, with the theme, Public Service Ethics and Integrity Building, recently held at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Umuawulu/Mbaukwu, Alhaji Ahmed Wada Ikaka, Director NYSC South East Area Office, emphasized that staff of the scheme owe it a duty to protect the image of the organization.

‘Restrain yourself from engaging in acts capable of causing embarrassment to the noble scheme, rather continue to embrace the virtues of integrity, patriotism, teamwork and commitment, which are the core values of the National Youth Service corps’, Ikaka advised the Zonal and Local Government Inspectors.
Mr Kehinde Aremu, Anambra NYSC Coordinator, had earlier expressed his delight at receiving the Area Director while adding that observance of public service ethics and integrity building bring about efficiency and progress in organizations.
The Resource Persons, all from the South East Area Office included Dr Agbor Ndoma, Deputy Director, NYSC South East Area Office, Mrs Ben Ushie Ifeoma, Mr Eze Christopher, while participants included Assistant Directors/Heads of Branches in the State, Zonal and Local Government inspectors.
