Nigeria: When not to Use God’s Name

Nigeria is a funny place to practice religion, or should I say Nigeria is where you find people who practice religion in a funny way? Whichever it is, I always find it as something that baffles me how we readily surrender our rights, goal or target because of some incomprehensible religious sentiment.

Indeed, nothing baffles me as when I see people legitimately pursuing something turning round to say they have quit pursuing it because ”It is how God wants it”; even if doing so will not only undermine the person but their society. But before I go further, let us read through this piece below which I will use to buttress what I’m about to write.
