The member representing Anambra East in Anambra State House of Assembly and the House Committee Chairman on Budget and Appropriation, Hon. (Pharm.) Obinna Chris Emenaka, has commissioned a borehole in Agbata Village in Nsugbe. It was in fulfilment of promises he made to his constituents.
The commissioning of the borehole ended lack of access to safe water in Nsugbe.
Commissioning and handing over the project, Emenaka who said other numerous constituency projects were due for commissioning, reiterated his commitment to offering quality, effective and all inclusive representation.
The traditional ruler of Nsugbe, in Anambra East Local Government Area, Igwe Victor Ntokor, who was physically present, thanked Hon. Obinna Emenaka for sinking a borehole in the area. He enjoined his subjects to support the legislator who he described as quintessential, intelligent, considerate, refined and democratic.
Igwe Victor Ntokor and his cabinet members were among the dignitaries that graced the occasion.
