New AIRS Boss Tasks Staff on Professional Work Ethics

The Acting Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Anambra State Internal Revenue Service (AiRS), Dr. Greg Ezeilo, has emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication to duty by the staff members of the organisation.

Ezeilo made this known while addressing the staff members at a Staff Audit Exercise held at the Revenue House, Awka, to ascertain the number of staff members working with the AiRS, both at the headquarters and the out stations.

He assured the staff members of a quarterly bonus based on performance to boost their morale and motivate them for higher productivity.

He also used the opportunity to introduce other Executive Directors appointed with him to the Board of Anambra State Internal Revenue by Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, and engaged the workers in a clean-up exercise of the office environment by all present.

Dr. Ezeilo became the Acting Chairman/Chief Executive of AiRS, following the resignation of the former Executive Chairman, Mr. Richard Madiebo.

Prior to his Acting appointment, Dr. Ezeilo was appointed Executive Director in charge of IT and Shared Services, alongside Mr. Ben Anierobi Okafor (Assessments) and Dr. Christian Madubuko (Operations and other Services) by the Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo.

The Acting Chairman/CEO has skills in Computer Forensics and IT Security, Network Security, Information Security Management, and IT Audit, among others.
