… Brands Atupulazi a Prophet, Living Legend
A Catholic Clergy, Monsignor Simon Amateze, recently applauded the Management of Fides Media for what he termed Excellent Reportage, reports Alexander Johnson Adejoh and Adejumoke Alebiosu.
Monsignor Amateze who disclosed this, Wednesday, March 3, during the birthday celebration of Fides Inspirational Personality Page Anchor, Miss Mercy Hill, congratulated Fides Director, Rev Fr Dr Martin Anusi, for his giant strides in the communication industry, saying that Fides Media had distinguished itself in its short existence.
The clergy, while showering encomiums on the Management of Fides Media, said no accolade was too much to describe the media house on the occasion of what he described as the countless impact in evangelization through communication.
He said, ‘I have no doubt that for Fides Media, the future is even brighter. I say the future is brighter because of people like Fr Martin Anusi whose international experience in communication and public relations in heralding the spread of the gospel through journalism and ensuring that Awka Diocese transits from analogue to digital journalism.
‘Worthy of mention is the Editor-in-Chief, (EiC), Jude Atupulazi, who is a blessing to Fides and Nigeria. I studied prophetic evangelization and I must say that Atupulazi is playing a prophetic role there.
‘I don’t think in the whole of Nigeria there is anyone who has done more than he in changing Nigeria as it were through writing,’ he said.
In his remarks, the Director of Fides Media, Fr Anusi, said despite the uncertainty and hardship occasioned by the coronavirus pandemic in the media industry through sheer determination and perseverance, Fides Media was able to blend professionalism and enterprise and emerge as a vibrant news source in Nigeria.
