The member representing Anaocha II State Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon Ejike Okechukwu, has reiterated his commitment towards offering his constituents quality representation.
Hon. Okechukwu, who stated this while receiving members of Justice Development and Peace Caritas, JDPC, Awka Diocese, who were on a community development project called COMMUNITY AND LEGISLATIVE MEMBERS INTERRACTIVE PLATFORM (CLIP), and some members of the CLIP Vanguards from Anaocha 2 Constituency, said he would do everything possible to make sure that before the year ran out, his constituency office would be ready for easy accessibility.
The chairman, House committee on Basic Education, said the state government was doing everything possible to improve the quality of education in the state, noting that the committee would carry out proper oversight functions to ensure that all the money allotted to different constituencies to improve the quality of education was well managed and utilized.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the community charter of demand by the President General of Akwaeze Community, Dr. Maduka Ignatius, represented by his assistant, Nze Henry Uzochukwu, to Hon. Okechukwu Ejike, after which he promised to ensure that some of the demands were captured in the forthcoming budget.
