Killers of FRSC Officials Won’t Escape Justice – Oyeyemi

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) Boss, Corps Marshal, Dr Boboye Oyeyemi, has assured the families of the two officials of the commission murdered last Sunday in Anambra State by gunmen that their killers will be brought to book

It will be recalled that last Sunday two FRSC officials were gunned down by gunmen while performing their duty along the Igboukwu-Uga Road at about 2.45pm. While another officer escaped, the other was severly wounded and taken to hospital.

Oyeyemi condemned the attack and murder of two of his men who died on duty while condoling the families of the deceased staff members, the Unit Commander and officials of Igbo-Uku Command; as well as the entire Management and Staff of the Corps over the loss.

Oyeyemi also assured that the Corps was already working with the Nigeria Police Force and other relevant security agencies to ensure that the perpetrators of the act were arrested and made to face the full weight of the law.
