He emphasized that he was motivated by this unpleasant situation that he decided to take it upon himself to provide not just any kind of dwelling but a home that would inspire corps members to put in their best during the service year.
He recalled that he had earlier, as a temporary measure relocated corps members to a hotel due to the unsafe nature of their previous lodge.
According to him, this was just the beginning of the good gestures the scheme would be enjoying from him, as plans were being put in place for the renovation of a 2 storey building for corps members, which he disclosed would be delivered soon.
Also speaking at the occasion, the chairman Ihiala Traditional Rulers council, Igwe Engr. Nnabuife C.E., Ezeoha of Isseke Kingdom, while cutting the tape lauded the chairman for his love for humanity, as expressed on the corps members.
The royal father charged the occupants of the lodge to guard the house very well so that those coming after them would meet the place in good shape.
