The member representing Njikoka II State Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly and the House Committee Chairman on Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Town Union Matters, Hon. Pete Ibida, last Tuesday handed over a water borehole he built to Abagana Ward III to fulfill the promise he made during the electioneering campaign.
Handing over the borehole to Abagana Community, Ibida thanked the community for their good heart and support, especially for voting massively for him during his re-election
Hon. Ibida said he would do more for the community as he was voted to bring the government closer to them and offer quality legislation that would impact directly on the lives of constituents.
In a vote thanks, Hon. Izuu Ugokwe thanked Ibida for his truthfulness and kind gesture and also for keeping to his promise and urged the people of Umuowelle, comprising Nimo, Abagana and Abba, to believe in Ibida, adding that he (Ibida) would never promise and fail them
