Still on our snack episode,
This week, I’m going to teach you how to prepare buns

RECIPE

150g flour
1/2teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoon of liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
2 eggs (optional)
Warm Water
Vegetable oil (For frying)

PROCEDURE

In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients together. Add your butter to it and with your finger, mix thoroughly until its appearance becomes like bread crumbs.

Dig a well and pour all your wet ingredients into the mixture and mix very well until it forms a dough. Cover and allow to rest for 10-15mins.

Place the dough on a flat surface and knead very well for 3mins. At this point, the dough is ready for frying. Cut the dough into small balls.

On a moderate heat, Place your deep frying pan and add your oil to it, allow to heat and then fry the dough until it turns golden brown.
