Fides Media Living the Faith

It was a moment of celebration among the Management and staff members of Fides Media last Tuesday, as the Director of the establishment, Rev Fr Robert Anagboso, marked his 52nd birthday.
The event which took place at Bishop Obiefuna Auditorium of the establishment, commenced with showers of best wishes and prayers by the Deputy Director I of the establishment, Rev. Fr. Pio-Anthony Okafor, upon the celebrant.
Also in his goodwill message, The Editor-in-Chief of Fides Newspaper, Mr Jude Atupulazi, commended the Director for deeming it fit to celebrate with the workers, just as he prayed God to continue to bless and strengthen Fr Anagboso in all his endeavours, especially his work in the establishment.
Rev Fr. Constantine Okoli, the Deputy Director II of Fides Media, in his remarks, described the celebrant as a priest and father, wishing him good health of mind and body, prosperity and wisdom to shepherd the establishment.
Mr Ifeanyi Ndukwe, a reporter with Fides Newspaper, eulogized the celebrant, describing him as a father figure and a mentor.
He extolled his humility, which he described as a rare quality, and prayed for God’s abundant blessings upon him as he celebrated his birthday.
In a vote of thanks, the celebrant, Fr. Anagbaoso, promised to organise a bigger celebration on the forth coming Silver Jubilee celebration of his priesthood, even as he expressed gratitude to God and the Blessed Virgin Mary who is celebrated and given a special honour in the month of May.
Fr Anagboso appreciated everyone in attendance, including his fellow Directors, recognizing their efforts and hard work in the establishment.
Also in attendance was a priest friend of the celebrant and formator at Michael Iwene Tansi Major Seminary, Onitsha, Rev. Fr Wilfred Eke.
A special dance by the celebrant with the staff members, cutting of birthday cake, presentation of gifts to celebrants by the staff, among others, added glamour to the event.
