The member representing Anambra East State Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Pharm. Obinna Emeneka, recently inspected the dilapidated classroom blocks in Community Secondary School, Nando, having received reports about the sorry state of the classroom blocks.

The said building contained 4 classrooms and a library. The large cracks on the walls and falling ceilings were visible from a distance, thus denting the aesthetics of a place of learning.

This necessitated the urgent intervention of the Dr Willie Obiano-led government which had achieved so much in Education.

The legislator assured the Acting Principal, Mrs Okeke Amaka and the entire school staff members that work would commence in earnest, having instructed the engineer handling the project to commence work.

The project is one of the numerous projects attracted by the legislator to his constituency.

He also used the medium to interact with the students of the school who were thrilled by his presence, urging them to take their academic work seriously in order to achieve their dreams.
