The Director General, Onitsha Business School, Professor Olusegun Sogbesan has commended Governor Willie Obiano for his developmental strides since he assumed office seven years ago.
Professor Sogbesan made the commendation in a chat with Newsmen at Onitsha.
Our correspondent reports that Professor Sogbesan, who maintained that Governor Obiano has done so well in fulfilling his campaign promises of Continuing, Commencing, Completing and Commissioning of projects across the State, noted that the improved road network has catalyzed trade and commerce.
Describing the Airport project as a greater step, Professor Sogbesan further stated that the Community Chose- Your- Project Initiative of the Obiano Administration has generated new urban cities across the State.
He added that the road infrastructures are beneficial to the people as motorist can now drive through the roads at night with ease.
Professor Sogbesan also applauded his Ugbo-azu-uno agricultural initiative as well as the boost in the sector, which according to him, will help ensure food sufficiency in the State.
He however called on government to checkmate the activities of illegal toll collectors in the State, improve on human capital development while praying God to grant the Governor more wisdom and grace to continue with his good works
