‘We need to always take proactive measures to stem the tide of this pandemic that has surged upward with the detection of the destructive third wave Delta variant and I want to assure you that we shall not compromise on the protocols as directed by the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID -19 and the National Centre for Disease Control, NCDC,’ She said.
The NYSC boss charged the camp officials to see themselves as battle ready enforcers of the protocol for the expected success of the orientation course.
Mrs Ani while appealing for synergy among the camp officials, called on them to work as a team with the spirit of love and oneness to achieve the desired success.
She also warned that anyone who refused to implement orientation course content will face the full wrath of the law in line with the extant policy.
Mrs. Ani reminded them that security of prospective corps members should be uppermost in their minds as the NYSC management has put in place watertight security arrangement to ensure that no life is compromised throughout the duration of the course.
She charged everyone to act within the confines of the expected responsibilities committed into their hands and report promptly through the Camp Director, any issue that needed to be addressed.
