Mr Sam Ubi Ujogu, State Coordinator, NYSC Enugu State addressing corps members of the 2021 Batch A, Stream II during the Passing Out Parade at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Awgu, Enugu State
The event which was low-key due to adherence to Covid-19 protocols had the State Coordinator as the chief host and the guest of honour, with other
camp officials including the camp commandant in attendance.
In the NYSC boss’ address to the corps members, he thanked God for a successful three week Orientation Course without record of any casualty. He also appreciated all camp officials, for a job well done in keeping orderliness and instilling discipline on the corps members throughout their stay in the camp.
He enjoined the Corps members to be in their best behaviour wherever they are
posted, and avoid cultism and other violent acts that could taint the image of NYSC.
Ujogu further advised the corps members travelling outside the state to avoid night journeys and as much as possible travel during the day to avoid the risk of accident or any eventuality.
He declared the orientation course closed by thanking camp
officials, who had through dedicated service, affected the Corps members positively in
Awgu camp and said ‘Nigeria is surely a great nation’.
