Baton of leadership was exchanged in NYSC Anambra State as Mrs Yetunde Baderinwa took over as the 13th Chief Executive Officer of the secretariat during a handing-over ceremony held last Tuesday, June 28, 2021 in Awka, Anambra State.

The Outgone State Coordinator, Mr Kehinde Aremu-Cole who has been transferred to the NYSC NDHQ called on staff to give Baderinwa the kind of enormous support he enjoyed. He told the new Coordinator that Anambra staff was among the best in terms of loyalty and dedication to duty.
‘They can give you the best if you share your vision with them,’ He said
Baderinwa, who was thrilled by the warm welcome she received since her arrival to Awka, said she will run an open door policy. She called for support and cooperation of staff which she needs to take the scheme to next level.
The event which ran concurrently with the send-off ceremony organized by the staff for the Outgone State Coordinator witnessed the handover of gifts/Souvenirs to Aremu.
The event was also filled with outpours of encomiums for Aremu for the visionary style of leadership which culminated in many giant strides during his tenure.
NYSC officials in the state including Mr. Danjuma Kalu Odaka Okorie, Assistant Director, (AD), Human Resource and Management, Mr Thomas Ogedegbe, AD, Accounts, Mr Ayorinde Ayanda, AD C. I. & M, Mrs Ngozi Okeke-Ekpe, AD CDR, Mrs Benedeth Nwokeke, AD, CDS, Mr Chapman Emetaram, AD SAED, and Mr Onyekachi Eze-obia among others who spoke glowingly about the excellent leadership qualities of the immediate past Coordinator during the event.
