APGA Youths Rally Behind Oye for Second Tenure

. . . Supports him with ₦ 500,000 for return Ticket

The “All Progressive Grand Alliance Youths for Victor Oye” in Anambra State have endorsed the second term bid of the National chairman of the party, Chief Dr. Victor Oye.

The Endorsement which took place at Chief Oye’s residence in Amawbia, on May 11, 2019, had APGA youths from across the state who gathered en masse with a signed draft of ₦500000 to purchase him a nomination form as well as appreciate his vast contributions to the progress of youths in the state.

The group was led by the Awka South Local Government Chairman, and founder of the APGA Youths for Victor Oye, Hon. Leo Nwuba, in company of other local Government chairmen in Awka, Youth leaders, women leaders as well as other APGA stalwarts.

Welcoming the group, Chief Oye, noted that APGA as a party had been able to attain greater heights compared to others through its youth inclusiveness in Government. He commended them for their trust and belief in him and the party. Even so, he advised that youths should work in unity and fidelity to the party, building a strong resistance against all forms of threats and antagonism posed at the party lately.

The APGA chairman, urged them to takeover the system and produce leaders that will take the country to a brighter path.

In their separate remarks, the chairman, Awka South Local Government, Hon. Leo Nwuba; the Chairman, Awka North LGA, Hon. Ferdinand Onwuje and the National Youth Leader, APGA, Hon. Anselm Nebuife, pledged their full support to Chief Oye, and assured him of his return to office.

Handing over the signed draft of N500,000, Hon. Leo Nwuba commended the achievements of the APGA Chairman throughout his stay in office, noting that it was the reason the youths contributed such amount to see him return.

For her part, one of the Women Leaders, Mrs Eucharia Nwachukwu, said that the women in liaison with youths were in support of his second coming and are committed to rally behind him in the National convention.
