Anambra Corps Members Laud NYSC for SAED Training

who went through a week intensive skills acquisition training have expressed their desire for corps members to be brought together towards the end of the service year to have a refresher course and intensive skills acquisition training. This is in order to reawaken their consciousness on the imperatives of the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development, (SAED), programme.

They made this known during the SAED exhibition programme recently held at the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Umuawulu-Mbaukwu, Anambra State

This, according to the corps members is to maximize the opportunity and be fully loaded with the requisite knowledge and skills that will make them very ready and launch them into the business world and make their marks.

They expressed deep gratitude to the Brig Gen Shuaibu Ibrahim, Director General, NYSC, and management for the unique opportunity given to them to them to master the crafts and perfect on their previous knowledge.

The corps also thanked Mr Kehinde Aremu, State Coordinator, NYSC, Anambra State, the SAED committee, trainers and camp officials for the extra sacrifice they made to improve their skills before exiting the Service.

Fides gathered that the skills acquisition training for the 2020 Batch A Corps Members deployed to the state, started on Monday, February 8, 2021 and ended Sunday February 14, 2021.
