7 Years in Office: Emecheta Lauds Obiano

The National Chairman Willie Obiano Support Group, Chief Jude Emecheta, has lauded Governor Willie Obiano on his 7 years in office celebration.

According to Anambra State Signage and Advertising Agency, ANSAA, Boss, the governor had laid strong development framework that would continue to challenge future administrations.

Chief Emecheta urged Ndi Anambra to support the drive by Willie Obiano’s Administration to consolidate on sustainable development initiatives.

He said that the governor after seven years had provided the template to maintain comprehensive and integrated development in all sectors of the state economy.

He observed that the success recorded in the implementation of his pillars of development and the enablers was accelerating economic growth that would boost the state’s Gross Domestic Product, GDP, pointing out that effective security network across the state had attracted investors from all parts of the world and increased the tempo of socio-economic activities as people now slept with their eyes closed and went about their daily life without fear or apprehension, while night life had equally been restored in various parts of the state.

Chief Emecheta explained that the revolution in the agricultural sector had increased food production and export capacity, as well as widened employment opportunities for youths, while the Airport Project at Umueri and International Conference Centre, Awka, were legacy projects that would continue to benefit present and future generations.

Corroborating Chief Emecheta, a media consultant and the National Leader of Uruegbe Umuoji Youth Development Association (UYDA), Hon Sir Abuchi Onwumelu (KSJI, ANIPR) thanked God for the gift of Governor Obiano, urging Ndi Anambra to continue to pray and support the Governor.
