Awka, Anambra State Capital, is expected to play host to over 80 members of a Non-Governmental Foundation known as Excellent Ladies of Valour and Steel (ELOVAS) Foundation International, for the 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM)/ Convention & Seminar of the International Foundation holding from July 26-28, 2019.
Briefing the press at Georgia Villa Hotels, Amawbia, Awka South L.G.A, Anambra State recently, the Founder / President of ELOVAS Foundation Int’l, QueenLady Ngozi Ekwunife, said the event which will be held at Archbishop Obiefuna Retreat, Pastoral & Conference Centre, Okpuno, Awka South L.G.A, Anambra State with the theme: An Excellent Lady of Valour and Steel; Who is She?, was part of the Foundation’s programmes to actualise her Noble vision and objectives.
She noted that training and re-training of the members as well as others, to stand out as respectable ladies in society, was among the Foundation’s activities. Ekwunife added that the Foundation would after the AGM and seminar, unveil her plans of action that would strengthen her many humanitarian activities.
The president said seminar, launching of the ELOVAS Foundation Constitution and presentation of awards to distinguished members of the Foundation, among others would form part of the programmes of the event which would be graced by many important professionals and personalities from all walks of life.
The International Executive Council members of ELOVAS alongside the coordinators, the assistant coordinators and the secretaries of the over 55 chapters of the Foundation across the world, among others were expected as participants to the AGM and seminar.
